Stylized still life of featuring sunflowers, marigolds and other flowers with a scale (hello, Libras!) by California born artist William W. Tara who lived from 1916-1973, meaning this original was painted in the late early 70s if not the late 60s. The original is gouache, watercolor and ink and this lithograph appears to be signed in pencil by the artist. This high quality lithograph was framed and shown by World Classic Inc. in Bay Shore New York in 1976.
